Mode of Payment

  1. The client agrees that transactions made through Google Forms are CASHLESS. All payments shall be STRICTLY THROUGH BANK TRANSFERS only. Cash-on-Delivery payments are NOT allowed.
     

  2. Payment is through GCash, Paymaya, and Metrobank only.
     

  3. Payment shall be settled within 3 days of reservation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of order/s. 
     

  4. Proof of payment shall be uploaded to https://bit.ly/paylacasa. Afterwards, the company will send a payment confirmation slip to acknowledge that the payment has been received. 

Mode of Delivery

  1. Due to the quarantine restrictions, orders may take at least 3 days before getting processed after sending the proof of payment. The company will contact you before delivering your orders. 
     

  2. QUERENCIA PHL allows only THREE couriers at the moment: GoGo Xpress (COD only), Grab (Same Day Delivery), and Lalamove (Same Day Delivery). The client shall shoulder all shipping expenses from their preferred courier.
